Sevilla et al. used this launch course of to manufacture a silicon-based flexible FinFET. Figure 12 reveals the basic steps to launch FinFET from the service substrate, the fabricated FinFET, and the flexible FinFET wafer . Silicon wafers are produced from raw material sand by purifying and crystallizing.
