Sarah Stauderman is the collections care supervisor at the Smithsonian Institution Archives the place she oversees its archives conservation services and historic photograph holdings. Sarah’s main analysis interest has been in the space of magnetic media deterioration and preservation administration. She was among the first conservators to have a look at videotape in its object form and has lectured extensively on the identification and care of magnetic tape formats.
